The Villas are conveniently placed on a quiet hillside just outside the bustling market town of Le Boulou.

Surrounded by private gardens the accommodation offers a large swimming pool with child safe security barriers and self locking gates, children's play area, and private terraces with large barbecues perfect for outside dining.

The properties are ideal for independent letting although it is possible to hire the complete unit sleeping a maximum of 20 people, this has proved very popular with 2 or 3 families holidaying together but retaining their own independence.

In addition to the bedrooms the West Villa has its own dedicated nursery adjacent to the double bedroom on the lower ground floor, complete with every essential for your baby or toddler including wooden cot, baby chairs and even a  classic Silvercross Coach Pram quite a novelty in Southern France

Each Villa is beautifully appointed and presented to a very high standard, fully equipped with every essential to ensure that your holiday needs are met and surpassed. Electric gates lead from the quiet road to the driveway with secure parking for up to 8 vehicles. Steps then lead to a grand hallway separating the 2 independent villa entrances, The West Villa to the right The East Villa to the left.

The Gardens

The villas are surrounded by garden areas and the pool measuring 11m x 5.5m, with child safety barrier and self locking gates it is sited to make the most of the summer sun. The pool can be fully illuminated in the evenings. A large terrace offers ample room for sunbathing and sun beds are provided. The garden is stocked with a variety of fruit bearing trees including cherries, peaches, plums and pears, to which guests are invited to help themselves.  The lower front garden provides entertainment for the whole family with a children's play area and a floodlight boules area for the competitive pre-dinner challenge.
