'Les Mimosa'

With views and terraces overlooking the pool the villa sleeps 8 people in 4 double bedrooms plus 2 on a sofa bed. British TV is available in 4 rooms. A wooden cot, high chair and other baby essentials are also provided. The accommodation comprises:

Ground Floor

Hallway - leading off this is a fully tiled cloakroom with W/C. and wooden stairs leading to the first floor.

• Kitchen - is off the hallway and is fully equipped with a large range cooker (3 ovens 5 burners, Griddle and a integral deep fat fryer), microwave, American fridge with icemaker and chilled filtered water, washing machine and dishwasher. A wall mounted TV/Video with British TV is also provided.
• Lounge/Dining room - leads off the hallway with 2 sets of French doors, the first set leading to the pool terrace and pool via a secure gate, the second set giving access to a dining terrace with private barbecue and outside seating for 10. The lounge is fitted a luxury leather 3 piece suite for 7 people and large wide screen TV with British and French reception and a VCR. The dining area provides large dining table with seating for 8 people.
• The Snug - with open log fireplace insert and double doors again leading to the pool terrace via a secure gate. The Snug is equipped with a leather chesterfield suite a TV within a wooden cabinet, complete with combined TV/VCR and a mini Hi-Fi stereo with CD. The ceiling to the snug is vaulted with exposed wooden beams ideal for escaping with a good book.
• Master bedroom - with kings size bed, built in wardrobe and ceiling mounted fan. The room is completed with a separate en-suite shower room tiled from floor to ceiling with a large walk in tiled shower, bidet and a wash basin/dressing table with hairdryer provided.

Double doors lead onto a private balcony overlooking the front garden, perfect for a quiet breakfast.

First Floor

Wooden stairs from the ground floor lead to a large wooden floored landing area with separate doors to:

• Bedroom 1 - the larger bedroom with high vaulted ceiling , exposed wooden beams and tiled floor. This room is fitted with a comfortable king size bed, The room has windows to 2 aspects one of which affords a splendid view of the pool. A sofa bed is also available in this room which is fitted with a wall mounted TV with British TV. The room has ample draw space, an antique dressing table and is completed with double fitted wardrobes.
• Bedroom 2 - high vaulted ceiling exposed wooden beams and tiled floor with twin beds, double fitted wardrobes and a dressing table.
• Bedroom 3 - low ceiling with exposed wooden beams and a wooden floor. The room is furnished with a double bed, pine wardrobe and matching chest of drawers.
• Bath/shower room - tastefully fitted with a white suite comprising of a double his and hers sink unit with black marble surround, bath, independent shower and W/C. The room is completed with a vaulted ceiling and exposed wooden beams and a tiled floor. A
